The following are required to compete at our Nationals program: \n\n\n\n\nACUI & SCTP Eligibility Form (team submits\, registrar signs off) – this is due by Monday\, March 3!\n\n\n\nACUI & SCTP Code of Conduct Form (individually signed) – all athletes must submit a new form\, even if one has been signed for a 2024-25 Bowl Series event.\n\n\n\nACUI & SCTP Safety Guidelines (team signed) – all teams must submit a new form\, even if one has been signed for a 2024-25 Bowl Series event.\n\n\n\n\nPlease note that participants must also sign the SCTP SHOT System form when an account is created in the SHOT system to register for events. \n\n\n\nRamp Up to Nationals!\n\n\n\nTeams who register for the 2025 Nationals program and receive donations to their endowment accounts between Monday\, March 3\, and Saturday\, March 15\, will be eligible to receive a 2:1 match on up to $500 of those MidwayUSA endowment account funds. ACUI will offer up to $10\,000* in matching for this opportunity. \n\n\n\n\nCheck the MidwayUSA Foundation’s calendar to see the matching dollars available each month.\n\n\n\nTeams that do not have a MidwayUSA Foundation endowment account are encouraged to set one up. You can find information on how to do so here. If a team does not have an account\, they will not be eligible for matching funds.\n\n\n\n\n*If funds exceed the matching limit\, matches will be prorated.
